What people actually use it for
Catch price changes before they cost you
A repricer glitch, a stacked coupon, a teammate’s edit — any of them can sell a week of stock at the wrong price. Know the same day, not at month-end.
Price on my ASIN moves more than 5%
Fix a bad batch before the reviews pile up
Your star rating slips weeks before the reviews explain why. Set a floor for your category and get told the day it breaks, while the fix is still cheap.
Star rating drops below 4.3
Hold your spot on page one
When your rank slips, sales follow — and ad spend keeps burning on a term you no longer own. Get told the day you drop, and let the rule raise your bid inside your cap.
Organic position falls below 10 → raise the bid, capped
See competitor moves the day they happen
A rival’s coupon is your conversion drop. Watch their price, rating and rank with the same rules you use on your own listings — no account access needed.
Competitor ASIN price drops more than 10%
Alerts fire on price, rating and search position. Every check also shows the product image, best-seller rank, review count, buy-box seller and stock.
Free forever. Not a trial.
No credit card, no expiry date, and no counting down to an upsell. Checking a listing needs no account at all, and a free account keeps watching it for as long as you want it watched.

Why it is free
SellerMate is an Amazon ads automation platform, and that is the part people pay for. The tracker is free because a seller who finds out the same day their position slipped is a seller who eventually wants the bid changed automatically — and because we would rather be the tool you already have than the one you evaluate. Nothing here is funded by selling your data, and there is nothing to sell: every check reads public pages.
What a check gives you
Search a keyword to see who holds the page, or an ASIN to see one listing in full.

Organic position excludes ads. This product is organic #6 and ninth on the screen once the five sponsored slots are counted.

Price and rating can carry an alert rule. Best-seller rank and review count are recorded on every check but cannot yet.
Example of the alert setup form: alert me when Organic position falls below 10, measured as Latest check, checked 2× daily at 09:00. Between 07:00 and 21:00 in the marketplace timezone. Sent to you on WhatsApp and email. Add teammates per tracker.
Why this one
It reaches you on WhatsApp
An email about a price change competes with everything else in the inbox. A WhatsApp message gets read.
It can act, not just report
SellerMate is an ads platform underneath, so a position drop can raise the bid on that keyword — inside a ceiling you set.
One watchlist, not three tools
Price, rating and position on the same schedule, in the same alert.
Set one alert. That is the whole job.
Paste an ASIN, a keyword, or an Amazon link
No Amazon login, no seller account, no card.
Set the line that matters
“Price moves 5%.” “Position below 10.” One condition, checked on your schedule.
Choose where it reaches you
WhatsApp, email, or both — and who on your team gets it.
Decide what happens next
Read it and act, or let a position rule raise the bid inside your cap.
Amazon listing alert FAQ
Checks run on a schedule, up to four times a day, between 07:00 and 21:00 in your marketplace timezone. So the honest answer is same day, not instantly. A change at 09:10 typically reaches you within a few hours; a change at 22:00 reaches you the next morning. Anything promising real-time Amazon monitoring is either polling harder than Amazon tolerates, or rounding up.
No. Checks and alerts run on public data — the search results page and the product page, exactly as a shopper sees them — so you can watch any ASIN, including products that are not yours. Connecting an Amazon Ads account is optional and unlocks two things: unlimited checks, and the ability for a position rule to change a keyword bid instead of only telling you about it.
Price, star rating, organic search position and sponsored search position. Every check also shows best-seller rank, review count, availability, the buy-box price and the product image, but those are display-only for now — you cannot yet set a threshold rule on them, and we would rather say so than let you save an alert that never fires.
On a connected Amazon Ads account, a position rule can raise or lower the bid on the keyword that moved. You set a maximum bid it can never exceed and a minimum it can never go under, and a cooldown stops the same keyword being adjusted repeatedly. By default it proposes the change and waits for you; auto-execute is something you switch on deliberately. It changes bids only — never budgets, and it never pauses a campaign. Price and rating rules alert but do not act, because there is no single correct ad response to a price change.
Amazon personalises results, so two people searching the same keyword at the same second can see different orders — treat position as accurate to within a place or two and the trend as the real signal. Two other things commonly explain a mismatch: organic position excludes sponsored slots, so a product at organic #6 can be the tenth thing on screen once ads are counted; and a check is a point-in-time snapshot rather than a live feed.
Free forever, and there is no card at any step. Checking a listing needs no account at all — five checks a session. A free account adds saved alerts on up to ten keywords or ASINs, delivered to email and WhatsApp, and it does not expire or downgrade. Connecting an Amazon account lifts the check limit to unlimited, though the ten-tracker cap stays. Nothing switches off after fourteen days because there is no trial to end.

The tracker is free because a seller who finds out the same day their position slipped is a seller who eventually wants the bid changed automatically — we would rather be the tool you already have than the one you evaluate. The catch, such as it is, is the ten-tracker cap on a free account. Your data is not the product: every check reads public pages, so there is nothing to sell even if we wanted to.
Over twenty, including the US, UK, India, Germany, Canada, Australia, Japan, the UAE and Brazil. Position is always measured inside the marketplace you pick, because the same keyword ranks differently in each one.
